This
cutter is realised on a very new technology.
It allows the cutting of small products (from 15 mm) with only one wire
and with cadency close to 200 cuts per minute.
The cutting wire is placed on a wheel whose rotation speed is synchronised
with the speed clay outlet.
More the clay is extruded fastly, more the wire turns fastly.
The cutting is always realised in the same way minimizing cut burrs.
This cutter gives perfect square cuts. During the cutting, the wheel follows
the clay. It’s the same motor which pilots the wire turning and the wheel
moving.
This cutter is very easy to use. The cutt-off length is displayed on a
digital readout and can be modificated in a few seconds while the production
is on.
This cutter can be equiped with special devices for any special product.
